ORDERING:
You can place an order directly on our shopping site or you can email us your order. When placing an order through email, please include your item names, item numbers, quantities of each item, your name and shipping address. Once we receive your email, we will send you an online secure payment link within 24 hrs.
RETURN/EXCHANGE:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a 100% full refund for the item in case you return the unit to us unopened in it's original box, otherwise there will be 10% restokcing fee but no less than $3.00.
Shipping and handling for both ways (to you and from you) will be paid by customers.
The shipping/handling cost for a Free Shipping Order will be deducted from the total order value.
**Please be aware that refused packages will be charged 15% restocking fee but no less than $5.00 along with the carrier charges for both ways.
